A team of Hungarian engineers have created the ultimate fire extinguisher. They've removed the gun turrets from an old Russian tank, replaced them with 2 turbines from a MiG-21 fighter jet, and injected the whole thing with gallons of water. The result is the first ever jet-powered fire extinguisher. Though it'd be difficult to get the tank to confined spots, the turbines' speed and power could potentially help firefighters with oil-fires, which typically take days to extinguish.

we went to the london screening of 'Next' on monday night,and were really impressed,
this film has been independently made by Pablo Aravena and has taken him the last 5 years or so to produce.
i was really stoked because a couple of my paintings made it into the cut..

then yesterday Will received some copies of the Upper Playground film 'The Run Up' - which
features interviews with him and Duncan (Mr) Jago, - loved it, so nicely put together..
highlights for me were interesting interviews with Futura and Ryan McGinness..
i'm pretty sure both these films will be available as dvd's soon..
